Accessibility Statement

Effective October 7, 2026.

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use daviskohpt.com. Our goal is for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have done

  • Pages use headings, lists and landmarks so screen readers can move through them in order.
  • Photographs have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • The menu, links, buttons, video players and the contact form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page.
  • Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast, and text can be enlarged in the browser.
  • Animation is minimal and is turned off for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are described in text.

Known limits

  • Videos are hosted on YouTube. Captions depend on what is available for each video there.
  • Some older photographs are collages or contain text within the image; their descriptions summarize what is shown.
  • Links to other websites, including kohpt.com, askaquire.com and social media platforms, lead to content we do not control.

Review

We check the website for accessibility when pages are added or changed, and we update this statement when our practices change.
